  • 50ml Jameson
  • 20ml Sweet Italian vermouth
  • 2 dashes of orange bitter


  1. Chill a martini or coupe glass with ice
  2. Fill a stirring glass or shaker with ice and pour in the ingredients. Stir for 20 seconds
  3. Strain out any melted water from the tumbler glass and strain the cocktail into it
  4. Express the oils of an orange peel over the cocktail and drop it into the glass
