Ingredients
- 50ml Jameson
- 20ml Sweet Italian vermouth
- 2 dashes of orange bitter
Method
- Chill a martini or coupe glass with ice
- Fill a stirring glass or shaker with ice and pour in the ingredients. Stir for 20 seconds
- Strain out any melted water from the tumbler glass and strain the cocktail into it
- Express the oils of an orange peel over the cocktail and drop it into the glass
