A Mai Tai is the original tiki classic – made even better with the addition of Appleton Estate rum and it's perfectly balanced flavours of orange, apricot and fresh peach. This tropical and fruity rum cocktail recipe is easy to whip together at the end of a hot summer’s day.

- 60ml Appleton Estate
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Orange Curacao
- 15ml Orgeat Syrup
- Mint Leaves
- Lime Wheel
- Orange Peel
- Measure and pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker or jar
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice
- Garnish elaborately and serve
