- 30ml Bushmills
- 120ml Coffee
- 30ml Cream
- 1 Sugar Cube
- Put sugar cube into heated Irish coffee glass
- Pour over hot coffee and stir to dissolve
- Measure and pour in whisky
- Float cream on top
