Highland Julep

  • 60ml The Ardmore Legacy
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves
  • 2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters


  1. Add all ingredients and bruise mint
  2. Add crushed ice and churn
  3. Repeat two or three times and finish with crushed ice crown
  4. Serve in a Julep cup with a large mint sprig and icing sugar dusting
