- 45ml Hayman's Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Raspberry Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Double strain into coupe
- Garnish with oil, thyme or lemon peel
