Yours and our team's health is a top priority for us during this time, so we're offering both contactless click and collect and delivery options to ensure you can make your purchases safely.

How does contactless click and collect work?

Click and collect orders can be made ready for you to pick up as fast as the same day or within 7 days.

Click and collect is contactless but the process is really easy. Simply:

  • Arrive at your selected store
  • Call them to let them know you've arrived, stating your name and order number
  • A team member will then invite you to walk up to their entrance and while maintaining 2-metre social distancing requirements, check your ID. This will involve you putting your ID down and stepping back to allow our team member to check it.
  • They'll then put your products down in a spot you can safely access, step themselves away and allow you to collect your drinks.

What else are you doing to operate Henry's safely?

We've always been committed to offering a safe shopping experience and now we're putting even more measures in place to ensure the safety of you and our team.

This includes limiting the number of staff in our stores and ensuring all everyone maintains 2-metres distance at all times. All of our staff have been provided with a full range of PPE to use while preparing your order. We're also regularly cleaning, including wiping down products and surfaces.

Why can't I purchase some products, but not others?

Right now you can purchase a huge range of beer, wine, spirits and RTDs online and we're working hard all of our remaining speciality products from across our 14 South Island stores available for purchase too.

In the meantime, if there's a product you'd like that's available at your local store, but not for purchase through our website, please feel free to get in touch with our stores, by finding your nearest here. If you're making a purchase already, you can also request the product in the comments section during the checkout process and our team can help.

What do you charge for delivery?

Currently, delivery is only offered within a 5km radius of our participating stores and is carried out by our teams themselves. As such, delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.
