Tom Collins Cocktail
Ingredients
- 40ml Tanqueray
- 20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 Dessert spoon caster sugar
- Soda water
- 2 x lemon wedges
Method
- Add the gin and lemon juice to a tall glass
- Add the sugar, stirring it into the gin and lemon juice until it's completely dissolved
- Fill glass completely with ice
- Charge with soda water
- Give one final stir and serve with 2 x lemon wedges
