Raspberry Libertine Cocktail

'Libertine' has come to mean, going against mainstream societies conventions. With this in mind we have a mix of Raspberries, Lime and Drambuie – the world renowned Scotch based Liqueur, with honey, citrus and spice tones. What comes together in this drink is a blend of seemingly different flavours that makes one deliciously harmonious cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Drambuie
  • 5ml Chambord
  • 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 8 Fresh Raspberries

Method

  • Muddle the Raspberries in a base of a double old fashioned glass
  • Hard pack it with crushed ice
  • Add the Drambuie and Chambord
  • Garnish with a light sprinkling of crushed ice and fresh raspberries on a skewer
