Passionfruit Mojito Cocktail
A delicious tropical twist on an old favourite.
Ingredients
- 60ml Bacardi
- 30ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 5-10 Fresh Mint leaves
- Half of a large fresh lime
- Soda Water
Method
- Add lime and mint to a shaker
- Lightly press and add remaining ingredients except soda
- Shake well with ice and strain into an ice filled Catalina glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig and half a passionfruit
