Paloma Cocktail
Ingredients
- Sea Salt (for the rimming of the glass)
- 45 ml Cuervo Especial
- 50ml Grapefruit juice
- 50ml Soda water
- 2 wedges lime, squeezed in
Method
- Rub rim of high ball glass with lime juice, then rim with sea salt
- Fill with ice
- Squeeze 2 x wedges lime juice into glass, and drop in
- Add Cuervo tequila
- Add grapefruit juice
- Add soda
- Stir with bar spoon and serve
