Midori Splice Cocktail
A favourite in bars, at home or in a coconut on a hot tropical beach.
Ingredients
- 30ml Midori
- 30ml Coconut Rum
- Pineapple Juice
- 30ml cream
Method
- Add Midori and Rum to a tall glass
- Top with Pineapple Juice
- Float cream on top
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple
