Marmalade Rum Sour Cocktail
Ingredients
- 60ml Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 1/3 Egg White from a Free Range Egg
- Dash of Sugar Syrup
- Juice of Whole Lime
- 1 x Large teaspoon of Marmalade
Method
- Shake all ingredients in a Boston shaker
- Strain into a chilled cocktail or sour glass
