Hot Toddy Cocktail
Ingredients
- 30ml St Remy VSOP Brandy
- 30ml Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 150ml Boiling water to top
- Optional fresh spices (Cinnamon, Anise, All Spice, Vanilla, Nutmeg)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a toddy mug
- Top with boiling water
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick & lemon wedge
