Bombay Sapphire Elderflower Collins Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 45ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • One lemon
  • 20ml Elderflower Cordial (available at good health shops and deli's
  • Soda water to top (50ml)
  • Lemon wedge
  • Ice

Method

  • Cut lemon wedge garnish
  • Squeeze lemon juice from half a large lemon (25ml) into a highball glass
  • Add Elderflower Cordial
  • Stir to combine
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add 45ml Bombay Sapphire
  • Fill with soda water and stir well
  • Garnish with lemon wedge
