Baileys Irish Martini Cocktail

For this feisty Baileys Martini all you need is some Baileys, some good Irish Whiskey, some strong cold coffee for extra kick and a spirited shake with ice to serve. Enjoy Baileys Irish Martini sip by sip, you won’t want it to end.

Ingredients

  • Baileys Irish Cream
  • Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
  • Strong cold coffee
  • Ice

Method

  • Drop some ice cubes into a shaker
  • Pour over 50ml of Baileys
  • Add 20ml of Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
  • Add 10ml of strong cold coffee
  • Shake vigorously
  • Serve in a Martini glass
