Bacardi Daiquiri

Bacardi Daiquiri Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 60ml Bacardi Superior Rum
  • 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 heaped bar spoons caster sugar
  • Cubed ice

Method

  • Chill martini glass with ice and cold water
  • Add 30ml lime juice into shaker
  • Dissolve 2 teaspoons caster sugar into lime juice with a spoon
  • Add 60ml Bacardi Superior Rum
  • Add cubed ice to shaker
  • Shake and strain / double strain into emptied martini glass
