Bacardi Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 60ml Bacardi Superior Rum
- 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 heaped bar spoons caster sugar
- Cubed ice
Method
- Chill martini glass with ice and cold water
- Add 30ml lime juice into shaker
- Dissolve 2 teaspoons caster sugar into lime juice with a spoon
- Add 60ml Bacardi Superior Rum
- Add cubed ice to shaker
- Shake and strain / double strain into emptied martini glass
